This patient's main concern was significant wear due to grinding her teeth. She desired a more youthful appearance that longer teeth could provide. The After photo shows our final result with veneers cemented in place. The patient was then fitted for a nightguard protective splint she uses at night to prevent chipping and wear from grinding.
